- We are looking for a Head of Operations with a history of working for overseas manpower recruitment. You will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the various operational departments function successfully and efficiently
- Working closely with the Recruitment Team to periodically review the local and overseas recruitment process, increase sourcing efficiency, and evaluate performance metrics
- Develops strong relationships with our international clients by understanding their business and staffing needs, and define necessary requirements for open roles to the recruitment team and deploy workers overseas with proper documentation by managing and analyzing data.
- Create liaison with the Ministry of Labor, BMET, Manpower, Foreign Affairs, government agencies, and embassies on other matters as directed. Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Maintain Agent Relationship. Ask Local agents to gather all possible candidates as per written schedule with initial payment, passport, picture, Police Clearance, experience certificate, primary medical report.
- Must be able to travel throughout the country and various locations in Bangladesh along with a team of recruiters for sourcing blue collars staff.
- Correspondence with print media for advertising coverage and social media coverage, Get in touch with local agents through email, SMS, WhatsApp, IMO, Facebook.
- Create an operational process to enhance Clients' experiences and upgrade the quality of service.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements :

- Bachelor`s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Thorough knowledge regarding the Manpower industry and blue collar recruitment.
- At least 10-15 years of work experience in the blue collar hiring or manpower industry.
- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, Marketing and Finance.
- Good English Skills both written and verbal.
