The position is responsible for generating new deposit/liability business for retail & corporate, maintain sound relationship with existing and potential customers to achieve business growth and carryout day-to-day correspondences and relevant business activities.
- Achieve sales target of Retail and Corporate Liability/Deposit within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure extraordinary customer experience.
- Ensure business risks and controls are well managed.
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Any other task as and when assigned by Management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing
Additional Requirements :
- Experience in priority banking/ preferred banking/ privilege banking
- Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
- Sound Interpersonal skills.
