Job Responsibilities :
  • Preparing agenda and minutes of board meeting.
  • Regular reporting to regulatory body i.e. BSEC, Bangladesh Bank & other's if requires.
Educational Requirements :
  • MBA / Masters in Accounting/ Finance & Banking having no 3rd class / division in academic records
  • CA(CC) or part qualified Chartered Accountant/ Part qualified Cost & Management Accountant, etc. will get preference
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • At least 5(Five) years` experience in Banks/ Merchant Banks/ NBFIs and minimum 3 years in relevant field
  • Capable to work under pressure
  • Vast knowledge in financial accounting, managerial accounting, cost accounting, TAX accounting and related software
  • Capable to maintaining liaison with banks and other financial institutes for OD, SOD, Bank Guarantee, etc.
  • Skilled in preparing income statements, balance sheets, financial statements, quarterly reports and report on variances
  • Adequate training in related fields; Energetic, people oriented, dynamic and target oriented; Ability to deal with all regularity Authorities
