Distributing materials as per required consumption through implementing sophisticated technique and applying FIFO system in distribution of raw materials.
Analyze and pass or fail fabric batches with recommendations to QA manager.
Assists workers in inspection process.
Make and Prepare NC documents.
Do the Final assessment on undecided inspection.
Communicate to Sales for failed report.
Concern to QA Manager for any failed report.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc. in Leather Engineering/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :
6 to 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
6-7 years practical Job experience in related IQC/ QA Department in Garments/ Handbag industry.
Monitor inspection status to meet 5 days lead time.
Receiving and checking document from MCD
Receiving and checking document from Sales (To verify the order qty. in advance.
Train workers for certification.
Demonstrated color vision skills, as evidenced by superior performance to a Mun sell 100 Hue Color Vision Test and the Ishihara Color Test for workers. Continuous yearly re-test.
Provide training for certification PPT version 2019
Prepare exam results and video for Tapestry certification.
Support to manage QC HW/FABRIC/LEATHER inspection.
