Its major customers include Marks & Spencer, LPP, Bestseller, Orsay, SPI, Suburbia, DMR, and New Yorker. The annual turnover of Renaissance Barind Ltd is USD 24 Million and its annual capacity is 5.4 Million pcs. As a specialized woven factory, Renaissance Barind Ltd has 29 lines in 3 different production floors of 0.12 Million SQ FT each. Our ultimate plan is to expand the lines from 29 to 54 nos.

Job Responsibilities :
  • To counsel the workers on general issues, like; company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline
  • Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
  • Make awareness in relation to worker privileges, employment rules, terms & conditions.
  • Provide appreciation & participation in sports, games, social & cultural events
  • Provide guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities and their legal assistance
  • To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor`s in any discipline from reputed educational institutions
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): counselor, Garments Welfare
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements :
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006 and Rules 2015.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
  • Good Command in English (Spoken & Written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Package.
  • Ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
