Job Responsibilities :
  • Plan, recommend, manage and supervise the company's quality control and assurance protocols
  • Compile & document quality control reports, create statistical process control metrics, manage non-conformity material discrepancy reports and assess customer return products with failure analysis
  • Conduct operational pre-requisite programs and monitor personal hygiene in compliance with ISO 22000 guidelines for food safety
  • Execute and ensure the adequate process to determine the AQL levels and techniques for receiving inspection of products/raw materials
  • Accomplish quality objectives by working closely with suppliers and contact manufacturers in quality control concepts/regulations
  • Encourage change and continuous improvement to enhance the quality assurance process for the department. Develop SOPs that improve work efficiency and productivity.
Educational Requirements :
  • Post Graduation in Food Technology/ Food & Nutrition Science/ Biological Science/
  • Chemistry or Graduation in Food Engineering from a reputed university
Experience Requirements :
  • 6 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in any large Group of Companies specializing in the food and
  • beverage sector. Experience in working with Frozen and Non - Frozen Foods (ice cream, dairy, bakery, etc.) will be given preference.
  • Working knowledge of food safety management, conversant with ISO-22000/HACCP
  • guidelines/standards
  • Certifications in FSMS/FSSC/HACCP/QMS/TQM will be an added advantage
  • Able to work on Microsoft Office applications and using in-house ERP modules
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
