Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 25 years
- Fluent in English.
- Working experience in GIS i.e., OpenLayers map.
- Good experience in web frontend technologies (CSS, HTML, JS).
- Experience in database management (MySQL/MariaDB).
- Experience with one or more JavaScript-based frameworks such as Vue.js, Node.js, Angular and/or React.
- Experience in responsive web-design.
- Solid grasp of CSS pre-processors (LESS/SASS).
- Solid grasp of cross-platform cross-browser compatibility issues and code optimization.
- Experience in system integration and API management.
- Basic Unix knowledge.
- Experience from other PHP frameworks such as Zend/Symphony/CodeIgniter.
- Familiarity with web services, in particular JSON, and RESTful web services.
- Experience in JavaScript unit testing.
