Master’s degree preferred, preferably in any discipline of social sciences

Additional Requirements :
Minimum five years’ relevant work experience as programme officer or training officer, preferably in international development, national NGO and/or responsible business.
Knowledge of or experience in supply chain issues and labour rights.
Practical background in the participatory learning approach, tools and methods
Thematic knowledge on social dialogue/green social dialogue, climate change issues, gender sensitive workplace issues, OHS issues, national and international framework related to workers’ rights, gender and environment etc.
Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet stringent deadlines, communicate progress on projects and event planning.
Skills in communication, reporting and documentation, case study development, IEC material development
Excellent interpersonal skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
High degree of self-control and self-motivation toward excellent deliverables and strong interest in sustainability issues and role of business in creating a just and sustainable world.
Capacity to work and thrive in a growing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization with a collaborative environment.
Ability to work in a matrix management structure
Ability to adapt with the changing organizational structure and keen to learn about changing world in relation to global supply chain, gender, OHS, climate change, environment, trade union movement, etc.

Computer skills in MS word, excel and power point, able to prepare report and presentation both in Bangla and English
Ability to organize various events using different online based communication platform
