- Must have Industrial Engineering (IE) knowledge.
- Must have work experience Both in Jacket garments production.
- Specially experience at Jacket.
- Able to follow up 13 Sewing Lines in the factory.
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
- Achieve daily targets according to production plan.
- Capability to prepare Floor plans as per shipment schedules.
- Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
- Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
- Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
- Train the Line APM/Chief/supervisors to be able to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening and increase production.
- Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
- Demonstrate the ability of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
- Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
- Regular reporting of production status to the senior management to strategize future plans.
- Good knowledge of Floor compliance.
