- Selection & Recruitment proficiency: ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
- Retired officer from armed forces (Major and above rank, age limit minimum not exceed 50 years) will get priority.
- To make the liaison with all the stakeholders like Police Department, labor office, City Corporation, Civil Defense (Fire Service), Directorate of Environment, Department of Electricity etc.
- Develop and maintain Administration Policy and ensure that the policy is implemented properly and provide services as per standard.
- Supervise day to day administration and general services to all departments relating to logistics, office administration, office maintenance and utilities.
- Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets etc.
- To maintain vehicle maintenance, fuel and overall controlling of company vehicles.
- Any Other task assigned by Management
