• Lead factory independently
• Mailing correspondence with buyer /buying house /corporate office/Govt. official independently.
• To manage the entire factory operations, starting from order receiving to shipment.
• Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
• Prepare production layout and follow-up accordingly.
• Ensure quality of the Goods as per buyer requirement.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide clear direction, encouragement and support to team members.
• Strictly follow-up Hourly production and work for increasing.
• Coordinate all department for smooth garments manufacturing.
• To motivate the workforce for achieving the company's goal.

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• 6-10 years as a Manager- Production with reputed Garments industry.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Production Management.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Garments/Textile.
• Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Good inter-personal & communication skills.
