Job Responsibilities :
  • To play active role in preparing Manpower Planning and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
  • To ensure recruitment, selection, induction, compensation and benefits of the employees;
  • Handling all kind of disciplinary action like Show-cause, Suspension Inquiry, Warning, Dismissal and Termination etc;
  • To handle grievances & disciplinary actions as per Bangladesh Labor Law and the Company Policies & Procedures;
  • To prepare official letter, notice, circular, order, memo, report etc. as per requirement of day to day HR Operation;
  • To set Key Performance Indicators based on company strategy and also measure the same for evaluating performance of the employees, departments and organizations.
  • To oversee the HR related Data Administration i.e. HRIS through ERP Software;
  • Ensure that activities affecting the health, safety and environment are identified in order to minimize their risks and impacts through planning, communicating, implementing, monitoring and recording of actions for complying legal and other requirements;
  • To support service contracts and lease agreements, movements and accommodation of staff, organization of meetings and workshops, support to staff and visitors as required.
  • Monitoring & supervising all the legal & judicial administrative issues of the factory;
  • Maintenance of office equipment's / furniture /fixtures and to ensure their serviceability and AMC;
  • To ensure general office maintenance like housekeeping, fire safety pest control, hygiene, electrical and mechanical, sanitary and plumbing, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.);
  • Liaison with various Government & Non-Government Offices i.e. Labor Office, Labor Court, Factory Inspector Office, BSTI, Environment Office, Fire & Civil Defense, BOI, Police Station, Local Influences etc;
  • To carry out daily monitoring visits, group discussions, participatory assessments, information collection and management plans and standards, ensuring appropriate treatment of sensitive information;
  • Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters in Any Subject. MBA in HRM along with PGDHRM or Candidate graduated from public university will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 40 years
  • 15 years above experience in related field.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR & Administration, Safety and Security Management, Performance Management, Regulatory Affairs etc.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG/Food Manufacturing Company/ Group of Companies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
