• Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
• Responsible air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
• Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
• Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Assist in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/Supplied.
• Ensure that the Air Conditioning system is ON at the right time.
• Trouble shoots, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
• Maintain job worksheets detailing nature of assignment, parts utilized, time expended and type of work performed.

• Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in VRF
• VRF Specialist.
• Preferred Professional Certification: VRF AC,AC
• Training/Trade Course: AC,VRF
