Job Detail:
We are currently looking to hire an Account Manager responsible for managing accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them. He will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company`s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Location: This position will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and will also involve travelling across Bangladesh.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts, building relationship & engaging with existing clients (banks).
Travel across Bangladesh, ensuring we have a strong foothold with our existing clients
Develop new business opportunities, upselling & cross selling
Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of D&B solutions and services
Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets
Prepare and give business reviews and presentations to the senior management team as and when required.
Educational Requirements :
MBA specializing in Marketing.
Experience Requirements :
2 to 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Male / Female candidates with good command of English as well as Bengali.
2-4 years of sales or business development experience. Experience in managing banking relationships & also C- Level relationships.
Understanding of the operations of banks / or large / mid-size global firms.
Trade Experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Account Management Experience.
The role will involve travelling across Bangladesh.
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.).
Self-driven with a high level of motivation and energy; a strong 'can do' attitude; ability and willingness to work in a dynamic set-up with maturity and flexibility.
Ability to pro-actively identify ways to contribute to firm's goals & mission.
