- Finance & Accounts is one of the key processes for the organization. The job holder is therefore expected to ensure smooth accounts operation at the Office or Site Office to support business.
- Workplace: Work at office / Site Office
- Collecting cash Or Cheque & deposit to the bank.
- Preparing a report on regular & sending to appropriate authority.
- Checking of GRN & sending to head office accounts.
- Maintaining petty cash fund & ensure fund available for teal.
- Maintaining VAT register at the outlet and provide necessary information to head office accounts as and when required.
- Reconcile supplier GR & payment related issues & settle after discussing with head office (applicable for outlets out of Dhaka).
- Handle Vendor complaints for cash or Bill related issues as and when arise.
- Monitor direct purchase at the respective outlets.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, or Graduation any Accounting Subject.
- Skills Required: Familiar with SAP ERP system, Good communication skills, Hard Working, MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word, Excel).
