The Accounts Executive is accountable for the preparation of various financial statements, cash and bank reconciliation, various ledger reconciliation, bill verification and documents/statement preparation according to audit requirements, ensuring correctness and completeness of the books of accounts.
- Conduct all banking related tasks, regular communications and maintain all bank transactions
- Prepare monthly salary, bonus, overtime/allowances and increment sheet preparation maintaining the payroll cycle
- Execute salary updates with MIS, fund request, salary payment in cash, salary transfer to bank, pay slip preparation
- Prepare daily receiving report for Cash Receipt, Bank Deposit, Re-Deposit, Dishonored, Adjustment & Sales Receipt of the corporate and reporting to the Manager / Director, Finance & Trade
- Prepare regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process
- Receive and check financial documents from suppliers, customers, and employees on a regular basis
- Arrange all required documentation regarding bank loans and other official requirements
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments to receive statistical data and source documents
- Execute regular statutory reports related to salary and benefits
- Prepare all kinds of vouchers related to finance and ensure accounts are maintained and up to date
- Keep record of bill/invoices/challan for future reference
- Prepare deposit slip and transfer documents for cheque & cash deposit to bank
- Execute and keep record of payments related to recurring transactions such as rent, utilities, corporate SIM, mobile bill, conveyance bills etc.
- Calculate and deduct VDS and TDS and deposit to bank
- Stay up to date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization
- Maintain Provident Fund accounting records and PF fund investment periodically following the PF rules
- Check cost-effective information with different locations
- Manage cashflow and monitor billing and recovery
Educational Requirements :
- M.Com/ MBA Major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university and CA (Course Completed is preferred, partly qualified can also apply)

- At least 4 years’ relevant work experience in the Accounts department or similar field
- Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
- Strong command over any accounting software and other company data (ERP / MIS) systems
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of VAT, corporate Tax, income Tax and desired accounting methods, Labor Law and Company Act
- Must have good knowledge about modern financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
- Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA, CA, CC
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
- Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
- Strong presentation and delivery skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
- Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
