Maintain all books of Accounts as required by the project office and also maintained other related registry / books e.g assets register, stock register, salary register etc.
Record all types of transections in the books of accounts by preparing necessary vouchers (Debit voucher / Credit vouchers / Journal Voucher and transfer vouchers).
Maintain regular liaison with PR-BRAC.
Organize and coordinate procurement issue.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial report and other statement.
Prepare Monthly and quarterly Bank / Fund Reconciliation Statement.
Support & cooperate PRs Internal Audit, External Audit, Financial Monitoring and LFA (Donor Audit) visit.
Track and monitor expenditure of activities and provide feedback to concern authority
Prepare fund request of the project.
Any other activity and report as required by the PR or LFA (Global Fund).
Prepare Action Taking report based on previous finding.
Educational Requirements :
B. Com / M. Com (preferable) in Accounting / Finance from any recognized University. Any third division / class in academic career will lead ineligibility.

Age at most 35 years
Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field. Previous experience in working with NGO/ development partners will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Adequate knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
Good oral and written communication skill both Bangla and English.
