Job Responsibilities :
  • To maintain & administer Organizational accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
  • To provide different types of reports to the management as required on a timely basis.
  • Prepare and record all transactions like Receive vouchers, payment vouchers, requisition and daily cash/bank transactions by maintaining a proper accounting system.
  • Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
  • Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing for a newly establishing Non Government Organization.
  • Update lunch expenses every month & adjust employee dues with expenses as required.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective solutions
  • Provides general administration & accounts support and services for sister concern.
  • Maintain attendance, salary sheet, monthly budget and related papers.
  • Keep the 'Asset Management' inventory updated. Keep the soft-copy updated on a monthly basis. There should also be a hard copy of the file signed off by all employees for what items are being used by who. For any addition or change to the file, keep a note in the hard copy file.
  • Handle Employees' Performance Evaluation & Leave Management.
  • Update employment policy time to time;
  • Prepare asset management inventory for the Organization & partner organization.
  • Must have sufficient knowledge in office management, file maintaining and be able to provide administrative support;
  • Responsible for other general duties as requested.
  • Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor from any reputed public University with Major in Finance & Accounting and HRM.
  • Extra Preferable CACC course complet.
  • Skills Required: COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Computer Skill in Excel, Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, Expert in Quickbooks, Ngo accounts Management
Experience Requirements :
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Admin, Finance/ Accounts, HR Operations
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
