- This is a permanent position with 3 years renewable contract basis.
- SELECTION PROCESS (please read carefully):

- As the first step, you will take a pre-selection test online. To take the test, please copy the link below and paste it into your internet browser. Follow the onscreen instructions and you will receive an invitation to sit for the online test from our facility provider `TestGorilla`. You can take the test at your convenience at any place.
- You MUST turn the webcam on your device as TestGorilla will take a constant snap of the candidate.
- You will need an audio player added to your device as some of the questions will require audio playing. If you do not have a webcam or audio facility, please contact the number end of this advertisement to book a slot for these facilities at our office.
- We suggest you use a mouse for navigation purposes.
- The test will last for 60-72 minutes divided into 6 sections. Each section will assess one type of skill.
- If you have a power cut or internet failure in the middle of a section, then use a different email address to retake the test. If this happens between two sections, then you can retake the test using the previous invitation.
- Please do not call us for the outcome of your test.

- If you pass the pre-selection test, we will email you within 5 days after the deadline of the pre-selection test to invite you for sending a CV.
- If you are short-listed after we scrutinize your CV, we will invite you within 5 days for further written tests and interviews at our office.

- Any qualification in or towards Management or HR is welcome.
