FACD-CAB (Foreign admission & Career Development Consultants Association of Bangladesh) was established in 2005 with the consent of the Education Ministry and the permission of the Commerce Ministry and is also “A” class member of FBCCI (The Federation of Bangladesh of Chambers of Commerce & Industries) in a view to bringing all firms offering foreign admission consultancy and career development services in Bangladesh under one umbrella. In addition to that, the organization`s aim was to establish a proper guideline for the firm`s operations which would make the client and the businesses feel at ease regarding this specific kind of service.
We are looking for dedicated employees for our Admin and Accounts Department.
Responsible for financial administration and accounting.
Managing bank transactions; preparing periodical financial reports.
Draft formal reports, letters as per the Instruction of the concerned authority.
Assist all the administrative issues including safety and security of the concern.
Any other duties as and when entrusted by the Management.
Assisting with internal and external audits; documentation.
Assist in Organizing mega-events and implementing like Education Fair, Annual and Regional Sports events, Annual recreational tour, etc under Administrative Management.
Arrange monthly meetings and Organize travel arrangements for the executive committee.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline in Accounting, Management, administration
BBA Or Bachelor of Commerce background and Master's degree would be added advantage.
Skills Required: Admin and Accounts, Administration, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, typing skill in English and Bangla
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance/ Accounts, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English).
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
Age 25 to 40 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS word, excel, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in English report writing, knowledge on budget and financial controlling.
Good administrative and leadership skills, ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of procurement procedures, different payment procedures and maintaining books of accounts.
Candidate should have good knowledge of safeguarding (Child Protection, Gender & Anti sexual harassment).
