Daily close interaction with the Central Admission Committee + Registrar + IT section + Head/Chairman/Dean of the concerned Department/Faculty on admission issues
Information dissemination of Admission Test dates & publication of results and dissemination of such to the admission seekers in consultation with the Head/Chairman/Dean of the Department/Faculty.
Dynamic Admission Campaign for the Admission of students with full seat capacity of all departments.
Preparation of Students Admission Database including, name, address, NID, Roll, certificates, Admission fees paid in consultation with respective departments using Student Information Management System.
Collecting information from the different sources about new student's admission seekers.
Regular communications with different colleges and institutions in order to enhance network to increase number of students.
Providing information to the students about admission eligibility, total cost, per credit fee, waiver policy, grading policy, total semester/course duration, payment system, best student award, student mobility to foreign collaborative universities etc.
Providing admission information from the students and others to the office of the Registrar.
Undertake promotional activities, i.e., admission advertisement process in the print media, Electronic media, Admission Fairs, Online/Physical Facebook, YouTube, as per the directives of the Registrar office.
During new admission to help the students to fill up the admission form and guide them in all respects.
Processing admission file by coordinating with Accounts and Registrar's office.
Maintain records of admitted students in the register book.
Counseling students before or during admission Online and Offline.
Design and preparation of Admission Flyer/Poster/banner etc and display in suitable places as per the direction of the Registrar.
Educational Requirements :
Master degree in English/Business Studies/a suitable subject with minimum 2nd Div./Class.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 year(s) experience in admission process of any private university in Bangladesh.
