- Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the Factory Administration and HR procedures and recommend corrective actions for smooth operations and healthy working environment of the Factory premises.
- Comply & review HR policies, programs and operating procedures to ensure standardized & uniformed worker/employee practices over works in accordance with labor law, accord & alliance rules and customer requirement.
- Talent mapping against business expansion requirement.
- Run training programs, employee engagement programs, employee awareness programs methods and channels to get the workers/employees involved towards business objectives as per statutory requirement and yearly calendar.
- Monitor & manage employee/ office premises security & safety as per compliance policy.
- Monitor & establish strong control over general admin job e.g. Capex, Opex, stationery and logistics, employee canteen management, employee child care facilities, employee residence management, Tiffin management, housekeeping, local people conveyancing etc.
- Make harmonize relationship with stakeholder i.e. Government Bodies, Industry Bodies, Audit Companies and Buyers as strategic partner of HR/Admin business.
- Run the function of grievance management, PC and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor law.
Educational Requirements :
- MBA in HRM or
- Masters in any discipline from reputed institution with PGDHRM.
- DSCM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance Code of Conduct
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Additional Requirements :
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed company wherein 3 - 4years in similar position in a reputed RMG production Unit.
- Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be a team player with leadership skills.
