- To prepare Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Trouble Shoot and Analyze the Work & feedback to the Management.
- To liaison with Buyer - Merchandiser - Production People.
- To keep record of the Work in Process (WIP) and alert the concern Team about the Time frame of delivery.
- To Make sure the Production Plan and Achieve the Target.
- To Forecast and set targets in production and ensure quality in every step of Printing.
- To make sure Screen Preparation works.
- To Work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency & cost reduction.
- To Maintain Profitably by achieving target within given cost parameter.
- To provide technical support & cooperation among the production people.
- To ensure the quality of every product.
- To develop sample accurately with CAD.
- To ascertain and prepare consumption accurately.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Fabrics Printing Production of any large Printing industry.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fabrics Printing, Screen Printing
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
