Responsible for portfolio management and collection of all overdue.
Manage day to day performance of the Collections team to ensure potential losses are minimal and within budgeted expectations
Monitor and have oversight of the daily activities of the Collections team to ensure the highest levels of quality customer service and competency are maintained thereby minimizing risk and costs
Ensure all of Collections and Legal team achieve performance targets, developing and implementing solutions which positively impact the team's performance
Drive a continuous improvement culture to deliver efficiency whilst improving quality and flexibility of customer service
Liaise with asset management for asset valuation and uplift on arrears cases where appropriate
Maintain robust collections processes in line with policies, regulatory and customer requirements
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements :
At least 7 year(s)

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of collections management strategies
Comprehensive knowledge of insolvency laws and consumer credit laws
Understand the Financial Statement impact of collections management activities
Negotiation and conflict resolution, good leadership skills
Experience in similar function or extensive experience in risk management
Analysis skills; planning and organizing; able to priorities
