Our growing company is seeking to hire candidates who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Proper dealer set up monitoring & as per sales target monthly.
- Allocating sales target among the sales area with product wise breakup.
- Confirm dealer floor stock and investment.
- Discuss with dealer & frequently personal Communication with the Dealers / Distributors & coordination with Sales Person
- Surprise Market visit to know sales person movement, products movement
- Planning for the concern market and implementation of planning for achieving sales target monthly.
- Logical target setup of the concern area.
- To ensure the proper motivation to best sales of DSM, RSM, ASM and SE in target oriented timely.
- Monthly monitoring of D/O vs collection status (Balance)
- Initiative on wastage controlling properly (Percentages of damage on sales).
- Responsible for the concern market sales distribution & sales collections & Distribution
- Liabilities all credit sales Market over all liabilities for the concern market and concern sales person
- Grow seamanship by working with them
- Product wise target and achievement confirmation
- Analysis market set up sales person
- Arranging sales meeting in the market and Head office also
- Check party ledger market wise
- Work for Proper product delivery and co-ordination with distribution.
- Execute all sales & marketing activities as per the set plan of the company.
- Collect, Assimilate as well as compile information on the target market, its growth, completion and potential sales man.
- Assist sales team to meet the monthly & yearly sales target.
- Must meet the sales target with handling challenge.
- Frequent report about market condition towards authority.
- Conduct weekly/monthly meeting with sales team.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline in Marketing
- Skills Required: Business Sense, Channel Development, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements :
- 12 to 20 year(s)
