We are looking for a creative and talented Architect/3D visualizer who has extensive knowledge about exterior and interior design, 3D modeling, rendering etc. Our ideal candidate will have a deep passion for great design, outstanding attention to detail. Moreover, an energetic architect/ Interior Architect who will help us to manage our daily goals.
Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for Architectural, Interior and Exterior work.
High skills about Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, 3DS Max/Sketch Up, V ray/Lumion, Photoshop etc.
Managing design projects from concept, development through to completion.
Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Supervise assigned projects end to end, to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
When required Make on site visits to check on project status and report on the project to management.
Able to meet deadlines and budget.
Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different types of project.
To estimate the total material requirement of the projects and assess the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural, structural & interior drawing and specifications.
Perform any other related task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Architecture/Interior Architecture for any Reputed University or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design.
