- Job Location: Sylhet (Main city)
- Prepare preliminary drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Develop concept and detailed design & drawing of buildings and Interior design.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for construction and compile specification documents.
- Perform site visits on a regular basis to check on project status.
- Cooperate and liaise with the construction and interior design project management department.
- Prepare project presentation, 3D visualization.
- Prepare interior design & drawing.
- Any other responsibility is assigned to him/her by the superior authority.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Bachelor in Architecture from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 3 year(s)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Visualization, Architectural Drafting, Auto CAD Designing, Building Design, Interior Design.
- Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
- He/She should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
- Capable to serve under pressure.
- Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
