Must be a creative and innovative Individual & good team player.
Prepare & develop the design, drawing, drafting, for architectural drawing maintaining
the rules & regulations & Interior Design Works.
Should be skilled and have strong knowledge of using Auto Cad, SketchUp, Lumion, VRay Render, Illustrator, Photoshop, Revit, etc. for creating various designs, drawings, 2D & 3D models.
Responsible for supervising assigned projects to ensure the highest standard and
quality.
Meeting with clients, understanding their requirements, and achieve client satisfaction is a must.
Visit construction sites on a regular basis as per requirement, and coordinate with other departments to execute the project works.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Age 25 to 35 years

Must be energetic & target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have good design sense & 3D perception for architectural projects.
Must have sound knowledge in detailing different parts of the design.
Must be skilled in presentations, graphical presentations, BOQ, project management & coordination.
