Candidates must have strong space planning skills, technical efficiency, and the ability to handle various tasks. They will work as part of a team to develop design strategies, produce drawings and supervise sites at different project phases. A willingness to work and learn with us for at least three years is appreciated.
Architectural Design, Interior Design of Hotel, Restaurant, Corporate Office, High End Apartment etc. preparing BOQ, Preparing work schedule, coordinate and handle multiple vendors, Interior project site management and supervision, ensuring quality of work, quality product sourcing & purchase, Bill adjustment.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, Interior Design, Interior Finishing
Additional Requirements :
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Sofware Skill : Autocad, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office, Lumion / 3DS Max with vray, Any Graphics Software. Portfolio / work compilation must be attached in email.
