Manpower Management Dealing and coordination with Manpower Agency for unskilled and Semi-skilled staff.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Ensure legal statutory compliance throughout human resource management.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
The candidate must have strong HR capabilities in both foreign and Bangladeshi Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development and ensure the right quality of candidate selection by implementing the approved hiring process.
Process the regulation of foreign employees.
Managing workplace safety issues, Preparation of salary statement.
Manager payroll system
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Training and Development of the employees as per the requirement.
Maintains employee files and records.
Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
Coordinate with the accounts department for timely compliance of all statutory dues liabilities.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Educational Requirements :
Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in HRM, Master of Commerce (MCom) in HRM
