Job Responsibilities :
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Manpower Management Dealing and coordination with Manpower Agency for unskilled and Semi-skilled staff.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Ensure legal statutory compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • The candidate must have strong HR capabilities in both foreign and Bangladeshi Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development and ensure the right quality of candidate selection by implementing the approved hiring process.
  • Process the regulation of foreign employees.
  • Managing workplace safety issues, Preparation of salary statement.
  • Manager payroll system
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Training and Development of the employees as per the requirement.
  • Maintains employee files and records.
  • Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for timely compliance of all statutory dues liabilities.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Educational Requirements :
  • Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in HRM, Master of Commerce (MCom) in HRM
  • Skills Required: Garments HR Admin, General Accounting, Work Permit Visa Processing
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Accounting, General Administration, HRM, Police Verification, Visa Processing, Work Permit Processing
