Coordinate & Supervise of all BSHL activities, specially support services like Supply Chain Management (SCM), HR & Admin, Hospitality Services (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage & Laundry), Customer Services, Call Centre Dept. to manages the day to day operations and assures smooth functioning, efficient management.
Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals of BSHL
Work with the CEO to coordinate and supervise daily operations
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies of BSHL
Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
Make reports and submit them to the CEO, Deputy Director or the other management staff.
You will assist to CEO for necessary restructuring if necessary with proper approval from management to deliver efficient service day & night
Keeps the higher authority fully informed on the condition of BSHL and on all the important factors influencing it. Such as Identifies problems opportunities and addresses them, brings those which are appropriate to the management and facilitates discussion and deliberation.
Inform Management about trends, issues, problems and activities in order to facilitate policy making
Promotes programs and services that are produced in a cost effective manner, employing economy while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
To ensure the quality service especially for the Non clinical part you will take appropriate initiatives for the development of the concerned staff
Plans and implement programs. Establishes strong and appropriate relationships with Board, Committees, Staff and Clients.
Assures the filling of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Fulfill duties as assigned the CEO & Deputy Director(Operation)
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Candidate having MPH / Advanced training in hospital management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements :
At least 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital Administration, Hospital operations
