- To ensure efficient and continuous running of the firing process in Kiln and meeting the quality parameters & scheduled production target on time.
- To manage the production to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of operations within budgeted overhead and material cost.
- To take necessary operational steps and coordinate with related stakeholders to implement the strategic management decisions.
- To lead, coach, and train the production people to achieve the set standards
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical from any reputed university.
