- Department: HVAC Department
- Location : Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
- To prepare technical and financial appraisal of any project.
- To handle the market and customer communication efficiently and work as a key person for marketing and business development of HVAC to Convince corporate customers in terms of technicality and costing to turn towards our products by holding meetings, making presentations & technical drawings and BOQs.
- Ensure end to end process completion of a corporate deal successfully.
- Responsible for submitting all documentation for tender participation in relevant products and services.
- Monthly/half-yearly/yearly reporting on the overall market development, customer performance and market assessment.
- Execution of procedures relating to credit realization.
- Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and Good command on MS-Office applications Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc in Mechanical form reputed public university (academic qualification may be compromised in case of better experience).

Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 35 years
- Minimum 3 (three) years relevant job experience required. Candidates having appropriate experience in working with large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred.
