Job Responsibilities :
  • Maintain HR software like Personal Management data & Organization Management.
  • Responsible Record management – Personal file, Official file etc.
  • Checking of different types of payment sheet – OT bill, Night bill, Salary sheet etc.
  • Prepared different types of report – Manpower statement, Status etc.
  • Drafting different types of circular, Note, Notice etc.
  • Day to day HR operation as per HR Standards.
Educational Requirements :
  • MBA in HRM or equivalent with very good academic track record from Public University or any reputed Private university.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 1 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements :
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Must have good communication skill in both English & Bengali
  • Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure
  • Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc)
Compensation & Other Benefits :
