• Planning, organizing, and ensuring prudent operation and maintenance activities.
• Make sure the preventive & emergency/breakdown maintenance to all the machines of production, utility, and power generation of a modern spinning mills.
• Control the maintenance team effectively to minimize the downtime of machines in production process.
• Monitoring the systems that optimize all phases of production process.
• Provide suggestions during incident investigations.
• Examine the maintenance record, repair work performance and cost of the work.
• Ensure floor discipline and identify needs for employee career development.
• Must be capable to Negotiate with local & foreign suppliers.
• Good communication skill in Bangla & English.
• Managerial capacity with position attitude.

• Age at most 50 years

• At least 10 years' prior experience basically in the field of Spinning Maintenance (Process & Utility) Department [Spinning Mill Erection (Process & Utility Machineries) experienced will be preferred as added value].
• NOTE: Freshers & less experienced need not to apply
• Computer proficiency - and must have adequate knowledge in MS Word & MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, strong voice, smart & Loyal.

• Salary Review: Yearly.
