- Preparation of architectural 2D and 3D conceptual, working drawings for interior works.
- Site visit on regular basis to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Collaboration with clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, BOQ and presentation for clients.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 3 ~ 5 Years of experience in Architectural & Interior design.
- Fluency in AutoCAD , Sketch up, 3d Studio Max (V Ray Render), Lumion , Rendering .
- Fluency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Fluency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good Communication skills.
