- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing budget forecasts.
- Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.
- Processing tax payments and returns.
- Processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Handle accounting software in Excel sheet, ERP and Tally independently.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Check bill/ voucher/ requisition/ delivery challan or any others documents.
- Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher.
- Perform Cashbook audit, record of cash transaction & disbursements.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Educational Requirements :
- Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

- The candidate should have knowledge on updated VAT, Tax issues.
- Good knowledge in Local LC & import LC.
- Candidate should have experience on Garments & Textiles.
- Should have experience in accounts & audit function.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments & Textile Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP/ ERP is preferable.
- Excellent analytical skill, report writing and presentation skills.
- Problem Solving skills and Analysis.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people.
- Computer literacy is must.
