- To provide necessary guidance & instructions to the shift employees to run the CCM operation smoothly & efficiently.
- To take different new initiatives in terms of cost optimization, process improvement and production efficiency.
- Responsible for ensuring health & safety drives across the shift.
- To lead the shift engineers & workers to achieve CCM production target with maximum quality.
- To prepare Shut-down planning with maintenance & ensure trouble shooting of critical problems.
- Ensure effective utilization of resources required for production.
- Implement the necessary measures to improve the production and quality.
- Co-ordinate with the team members for smooth production.
- Coordinate and consult with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
- Prepare and manage budget information for the department.
- To ensure necessary on-job/off-job training for the development of the team members.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials Metallurgical Engineering,Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CCM Operation, CCM Refractory knowledge, Tundish management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
