- Conduct the day-to-day hub operation activities effectively and efficiently
- Manage and oversee the process of receiving, storing and labeling of products accurately
- Ensure proper picking & sorting as per outlets requirement and deliver as per given schedule
- Plan and organize manpower, assign tasks appropriately and ensure timely achievement of tasks
- Maintain product requisition from outlets as per delivery schedule, reconcile through maintaining data storage system (ERP) and ensure on-time product picking
- Ensure effective distribution planning, manage FIFO/ LIFO process, monitor aging stocks, inventory accuracy, product stock control, and packaging of products for delivery
- Prepare annual budget (OPEX, CAPEX, AOP), and achieve the financial objectives by ensuring proper logistics support and asset management.
- Receive feedback from outlets and other stakeholders attentively and monitor the quality of providing services
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 3-5 year of relevant work experience (preferably in Warehouse/Store Management or Supply Chain Management)
- Good understanding of supply chain management and standard inventory management systems
- Expertise in computer operations and report preparing
- Analytical ability along with communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent administrative & organizational skills with professionalism
- Strong analytical skills and quick decision-making capability
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
