Job Responsibilities :
  • Ensuring that the Company and the Funds managed by the Company complies with every rules and regulations;
  • Preparing the weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports and submitting to the regularity bodies;
  • Ensuring the deposition of VAT and Tax to the Govt. Treasury timely;
  • Dealing with banks, Trustees, Custodians and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Completing special works as and when assigned by management
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/ Finance;
  • CA (partly qualified);
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours;
  • Good written communication skills in English;
  • High level of professional and personal integrity;
  • Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.
