To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Country Director, helping him to manage and prioritize his valuable time.
Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels from home and abroad.
Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.
To maintain coordination among different business divisions & departments of the company & report to the company.
Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Manage and maintain the Country Director's diary and email account.
Dispatch important letters and ensure proper dispatching and distribution of all outgoing mails and letters to the designated address.
Attend all types of incoming mails, ensure proper distribution and keep regular follow up to resolve issues.
Works closely with other team members to assure the Country Director's preparation for meetings, presentations, or other engagements.
To contact all stakeholders/communications on behalf of the Country Director through email, phone calls and other social media.
To keep all documents and records updated and ready for Country Director and assist in his day-to-day official workflow.
Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Country Director, Staff, Business Partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate.
Follow up with senior staff on tasks given and update to Country Director.
Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
To conduct research/ analysis as directed, to produce reports for Country Director as and when required.
Educational Requirements :
MBA (IBA-DU) / Master's in English from NSU/BRAC/IUB/BUP/Public Universities (Finance/MIS background students will get preference)
Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional Certification will be added extra advantage.
Skills Required: Effective email communication

At least 5 year(s)

Should be dynamic and innovative.
Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority as well as for any kind of tour within and outside the country.
