- Assist to ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required worker & non-management staff as per approved Human Resource Planning;
- Assist to help on time payment of salary & wages;
- Assist to prepare PAF(Performence Appraisal Form) with the co-ordinating with respective department & Corporate office;
- To monitor overall HR operational activities in factory;
- Assist to prepare training & develop plan & mainatin all kind of training record;
- Implement Performance Management System as per policy;
- Prepare various reports and present it to top management as per requirement;
- Assist to maintain factory discipline issues as per labor law;
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA In HRM from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements :
- 6 to 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Bangladesh Labor Law, Compensation & Benefits, Human Resource Management, Performance Management System, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile

- Age at least 30 years

- Good at MS Applications (Advance Excel)
