Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Break projects into doable actions/tasks and prepare schedule and budgets.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Monitoring the daily progress of projects and providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings. Coordinate with constructors, vendors, and other stakeholders for proper estimation and justification of BOQ.
Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
Ensure overall quality control and quality assurance of construction projects.
Educational Requirements :
B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University
Experience Requirements :
7 to 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Project/Construction Coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management from initiation to closing
Advanced knowledge in MS Project and MS Office.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-driven, hard-working and motivated.
Problem solving and Decision-Making Skills.
Able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
PMP/PRINCE2 certified will get advantage.
