Define, develop and implement Human Resources policies and strategies, and ensure it is aligned with the organization's policies and strategies
Facilitate recruitment and placement of relevant medical, paramedical, administrative and support staff for the organization in order to meet the organization's manpower requirement as per the approved Manpower Plan and the Recruitment Policy
Facilitate manpower planning for the organization
Assist to maintain discipline issues as per labor law/SOPP
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Implement Performance Management System as per policy
Prepare various reports and present it to top management as per requirement;
Supervise & ensure the staff attendance as per roster
Supervise to provide salary, bonus and overtime accordingly
Ensure personnel records of employees are kept updated appropriately
Ensure the employee relations matters and attended as per the hospital policies
Ensure periodic performance appraisal for all employees are done as per the policy
Ensure appropriate employee engagement activities are happening within the organization on a regular basis
Ensure appropriate mechanism within the hospital to ensure employee health, safety and welfare
Identify any areas for improvement and advise the Senior Management for necessary improvement or amendment in Human resources policies and practices
Educational Requirements :
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Candidates having PGDHRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 year(s)

Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Additional Requirements :
Age 30 to 40 years

Expert in HR Software, efficient in MS Excel
Core HR Knowledge, HRIS /HR Database Management
Minimum 5 years total job experience in which 2 years as an Executive/Sr. Executive position is required in any reputed hospital/diagnostic Centre.
