Conducting and documents maintaining for BSCI, Sedex, GOTS and C-TPAT.
Ensuring all health and safety issues in factory.
Always update seniors on real picture of compliance.
All type of social audit need to perform well.
Any more work designated by the superiors.
Educational Requirements :
MBA in HRM will get priority
University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,Jagannath University,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
Training/Trade Course: Diploma in Compliance or HR,wages and benefit
Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Good Ms office and Emailing skill
