Work directly under supervision of Head of Operation.
Arrange deployment of guards/armed guards through own sourcing and deploy them timely to their respective posts after ensuring training completion from Training Center.
Prepare guard duty schedule and submit daily duty roster to office.
Arrange distribution of logistics to field guards and ensure proper turnout bearing of guards.
Make arrangement for Event Support services.
Conduct Night Patrol duties as per schedule from Operations Department.
Ensure 'On Job or Site Training' to the Security Guards, Post Supervisors and Armed Guards through Training Department.
Ensure providing required service to the clients through our Security Guards and Armed Guards.
Daily client visit, receive their feedback and take corrective measures accordingly and report the same to Operations Department.
Ensure Carrying out Security Survey.
Be ready to undertake any other task given by the Higher Authority.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Security Management
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
