- Ensure receive of production plan & prepare of sewing plan;
- Participate risk analysis meeting & discuss all critical points with regards to customer acceptations;
- Ensure size set garments with approved sample and provide necessary comments if required for bulk production;
- Do inline & pre-final audits from sewing & pack garment & pass the information of inspection result & keep record;
- Ensure 100% pack quantity pre-final/Final audit and make sure the shipment up to buyer requirements;
- Ensure measurement of size set garments and keep the record in size set report;
- Check first cutting/output garments as per buyer standard and provide comments with correction.
- Ensure measurement of first output garments;
- Need to perform day audit from packed garments.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters/ Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university Or
- B.Sc in AMT/GMT from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements :
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Additional Requirements :
- Age at least 28 years
- The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience with a large knit garments industry.
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
