• I. Preparing Training Module Design and Development
• II. Training Needs Assessment/Analysis
• III. Training Planning
• IV. Training Budgeting
• V. Training Facilitation (Online & Physical)
• VI. Training Evaluation (Program evaluation)
• VII. Trainees' performance evaluation and report submission
• VIII. External & internal Communication & Coordination
• IX. Assist service training wing to translate module to Bangla and maintaining supporting training docs.
• X. Update Manpower statistics or database
• XI. Maintain relevant documents (Hard & Soft copies)

• Age 27 to 35 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
