Currently BLL is looking for candidates for the Sales & Marketing Executive who have direct experience in lubricant market in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Identification of business opportunities, developing and implementing of strategies for business expansion in line with business plan.
  • Preparation of Daily and Monthly Customer contract plan and implementation of the same.
  • Customer contact, business gain and cost optimization.
  • Achieve target volume and Growth of business product and services of BLL.
  • Conducting regular customer engagement program in an effective way.
  • Development of different marketing channel for improving volume and market share.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in any reputed Public or Private universities.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • At least 2-year(s) experience in Lubricant Market.
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • Salary Review: Yearly
