Job Responsibilities :
  • Receiving purchase requisition (PR) from different services.
  • Justification of requisition before purchase.
  • Determination of specification of requisition from user if required.
  • Sending RFQ (Request for quotation) to respective vendors.
  • Prepare CS (Comparative Statement) & Send to respective department/user for technical recommendation.
  • Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern units departments’ requirement.
  • Arrange negotiation meeting with vendor & Purchase committee & Obtain approval from management.
  • Ensure quality materials with economical rates within the budget.
  • Connecting with selected vendor about purchase order (PO) & follow up with them until delivery.
  • Bill certification & submit to Finance & Accounts department & fulfill their requirement.
  • Following up with Accounts dept. for bill disbursement to vendors.
  • Always searching for new source, products and vendors for betterment of the company.
  • Going to outside for cash purchase, vendor verification & new product sourcing.
  • Collect sample from various vendors to fulfill user requirements.
  • Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors
  • Prepare deed of agreement, AMC/CMC as and when required, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
  • Overall supervision of SCM dept. & proper guidance to the subordinates
  • Any other tasks is assigned by HoD as well as Management.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Candidates having Diploma/MBA major in SCM will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
  • 8 to 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age at least 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items
  • Must be able to comprehend legal documents
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
